Just a hop, skip, and a jump across the street from the RRE Design Studio!
Here’s What You Can Expect
We’re pulling back the curtain to share our processes with you. All of it… from soup to nuts. No topic is too big, and no detail is too small - we’re tackling all of it.
You’ll learn our methods for logistical planning, event design, and onsite production, growing a team, as well as our approach to destination management, industry partnership development and relationship cultivation, and so much more.
And because we wholeheartedly believe that the best talents and skills in the world are wasted without a solid business strategy to bolster them, we’re going to equip you with the same successful techniques and practices that we use to market, sell, and grow our business.
Simply put, the stakes are high when you work in weddings. This workshop will help you skip years of mistakes.
Find out what has worked, what hasn’t worked, what has helped us grow, what has brought us joy, how we made the leap into the luxury market to find and cultivate our niche, and why so many of our industry vendors and partners routinely tell us “we wish everybody else would do things the way RRE does.”
If we can build and grow this business from this smallish town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains… you can do it too. Wherever you are. Whoever you are. You bring the ambition, and we’ll bring the expertise, the mechanics, and the inspiration. Let’s do this thing together, because our shared industry will be better for it.
“These are the women that all wedding planners need to learn from.
Their professionalism, the way that they create unique experiences for every client, and how they built their business in such a smart, sustainable way... they are the ones who need to be educating in this industry, because it's going to raise the bar.”
