With more than six decades of collective experience in luxury hospitality, our team has been producing events for a long time - in all shapes and sizes, in destinations near and far - but this work never gets old.

Meet the Team
Becca R. Atchison | Founder & Creative Director
No color or pattern is ever off-limits or out of season, and no palette, pattern, or print should ever be confined to only what’s expected of it.
Over the course of two decades, Becca has designed and produced hundreds of special events- for couples, families, corporations, academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, celebrities, and former presidents of the United States. But the opportunity to give meaningful representation to the sheer joy of once-in-a-lifetime celebrations is what fuels her passion for this work. In her role as creative director, she lives and breathes aesthetics.
When not designing events, sourcing materials, or creating fresh floral installations, Becca can most often be found planning the next travel adventure with her husband, Jarrod, or reading, shopping, cooking, dreaming, or scheming with their two daughters, Piper and Riley. She is most inspired by live theater, movement, music, and interior design, all of which heavily influence her approach to creative direction and event design.
Betsy Krug | Co-Owner & Event Director
There’s nothing quite like the sound of laughter over a candle-lit dinner setting.
After years spent in the demanding world of hospitality management, the transition from hotel operations to luxury wedding production was seamless and exhilarating. Since 2013, she has served as partner and co-owner, enabling RRE to excel as one of the few boutique event production firms in the world that is equally focused on both logistics and aesthetics. In her role as RRE’s event director, she brings wedding and social event concepts to life with the perfect blend of project management, logistical prowess, orchestration, and creativity.
When not planning or producing events, you’ll find her with Jack and their two crazy black labs, Fred and Kacie, working inside and out on home renovations, perusing the local farmers’ markets, or whipping up a new dish and a craft cocktail.
Allison Steinfeld | Design & Production Manager
What could ever be more fun than bringing a sketchbook doodle to life?
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, her entrance into the world of event design happened by chance when she took her first job in a stationery store and discovered the powerful intersection of graphic design/illustration and life-changing milestone event experiences. As the design and production manager at RRE, she creates custom stationery for each of our clients, works with suppliers to produce one-of-a-kind design elements, and also assists our floral team with bespoke arrangements and complex design installations. Her artwork has been wowing our clients and their guests since 2018.
When not painting, designing invitation suites, reviewing proofs, sourcing materials, or working with flowers, Allison can often be found testing out a new veggie-filled recipe or trying to coax her cat off her desk, as she pursues her other passion: illustrating children’s books!
