Hourly Coaching/Consulting

This is a one-on-one session with Becca Atchison, Betsy Krug, or Allison Steinfeld, depending on your interest and area of focus. If you've ever felt like you wanted the chance to pick our brains in a one-on-one, sit down, coffee-in-hand setting, this is for you.

You set the agenda. We bring our A-game. Whether you want to review your portfolio, seek answers to your burning questions, get feedback on your current business strategy, or troubleshoot challenges - how we spend the time is up to you.

Full-Day Custom Coaching or Training Session

Not for the faint of heart, this session is designed to tackle more comprehensive business strategy around specific goals for those who are ready to move the needle and make big changes to take their business to the next level.

Your coach will touch base with you in advance of the session to determine business needs, learn your goals, and set a custom agenda for the full-day coaching or training experience.

    Becca Atchison is the Founding Partner & Creative Director of Rebecca Rose Events. Her work and thought leadership have been featured in numerous wedding industry and lifestyle publications, and she has been sharing her luxury hospitality and special events industry expertise via one-on-one coaching, and as a speaker at industry conferences, workshops, and podcasts since 2015.

    Hourly Rate: $500 | Full Day: $3,000

    Betsy is RRE’s Co-Owner and Event Director. In her role she spearheads all planning, logistical event preparation, and onsite event execution. She has shared her 20+ years of luxury hospitality experience and advice in industry publications and has spoken at workshops, and on podcasts. She has been coaching wedding planners and venue owners/operating teams since 2018.

    Hourly Rate: $500 | Full Day: $3,000

    Custom Stationery Design | Watercolor Artwork | Working with Printers | Integrating Stationery and Graphic Design with Cohesive Event Design

    Allison is the Design and Production Manager at RRE, and designs all of our clients’ custom event stationery, wedding websites, and gifting elements. She also serves as a senior lead on our destination floral design team. 2024 marks her first season of one-on-one coaching, and she is thrilled to offer insights from her 6+ years in the wedding industry and extensive background as a wedding designer and published illustrator.

FAQ

are HOURLY sessions held virtually or in-person?

The choice is yours! Most hourly sessions are held in a virtual video conference format, and therefore easily accessible no matter where you live. If you would prefer to meet in-person, we would be delighted to host your session in our Winston-Salem, NC based design studio. 

what about full day sessions? can these be virtual?

Full day sessions are held in-person/face-to-face - either in our NC design studio, or on location at a site of your choosing. Travel fees will apply if you elect to bring your coach to your location. If you choose to travel to our office for your session, we are happy to provide guidance and assist you with travel and overnight arrangements. 

what are the payment terms?

Once a date/time are selected for your session, we will send an invoice for 50% of your session fee. This reserves your date. The balance is due 48 hours prior to the start of your session. All payments are non-refundable, but are transferable if a session date must be rescheduled. (Travel fees may not be transferable if flight/hotel reservations are nonrefundable.) 

I'd love to do multiple sessions - can rre create a custom program for me?

Absolutely. It can be a game-changer to work together in an ongoing mentorship capacity and we strongly advise planning ahead for follow-up sessions whenever possible. Once we receive your inquiry form, we’ll connect with you to chart out a custom approach. 

i've attended a rre method workshop or design intensive in the past (or have wanted to attend but have been unable to do so). will there be other workshop opportunities?

Possibly - but right now we’re excited to focus our effort on serving our industry with one-on-one experiences, because we know how invaluable that kind of focus and attention can be.
