Co-Owner & Event Director
Instead of spending a lifetime figuring out my passion, I got it right at age 16 (at my first job ever) and fell in love with hospitality, amazing food, hard fast-paced work and serving others.
I graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management, learned entrepreneurship from some of the best women in this industry, was recruited to work for Hyatt corporation, had the pleasure of serving notable celebrities and former presidents of the United States. I could write a book about my life as a young, bossy woman in the luxury service industry. At some point in my crazy corporate career (on the edge of burnout), I fell in love, quit my job and followed Jack to Puerto Rico where I learned how to relax, appreciate the little things in life, and not take myself so seriously (but mostly I took really long lunches with wine and spent way too much time at the beach- it was my Eat, Pray, Love journey that eventually brought me here). In 2013 after plenty of Zen, Becca and I reconnected, recognized an amazing serendipitous opportunity, created a business partnership, and have never looked back! Now at home, Jack and I laugh through our days with two 70lb black labs, in a house we are constantly tearing apart, rebuilding and renovating. In my spare time, you can find me cooking without a recipe (making a huge mess) or training for my first 70.3 Ironman triathlon race. I’m not sure what I did to get so lucky but every day I wake up and do something I love - that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
