This is a role for someone who leads with both vision and precision, from concept and sourcing to hands-on production and on-site execution. We're looking for an experienced floral designer to lead our floral team, oversee the process from concept development to onsite installation for both local and destination weddings. A strong portfolio and comfort with travel are essential.
This is a role for someone who thrives at every stage of the design process — from concept development and sourcing to client presentation and on-site installation. We're looking for a designer with 3–5 years of professional event design experience and a refined aesthetic, the stamina to see every detail through to execution, and a genuine love of the work that goes into an exceptional celebration. You'll collaborate across floral, production, and logistics teams for destination weddings and multi-day events worldwide. A strong portfolio and comfort with travel are essential.
