Our unique approach to planning and designing your wedding begins with getting to know the two of you. You bring your dreams, wishes, excitement (and worries!), thoughts, and ideas to the table and we’ll kindle a little spark that begins the process. Together we will define the parameters of your expectations and then our team will set out on a course to exceed them.

No matter how grand or intimate the scope of your wedding, our work begins with the preparation of an itemized set of budget estimates that are grounded in our experience, our research, and your priorities. From there we’ll conduct extensive site research, source the talent, review/negotiate contracts, and ultimately curate a top-notch team of venue/vendor partners and professionals best suited to help us bring the vision to life.

When you work with RRE, you’re not just working with a wedding planner. You’ll have one of the most comprehensively capable creative teams in the industry in your corner, and you’ll know that the same people conceptualizing every facet of your wedding design will have their hands on the end result. Our event design process doesn’t stop at sketches and ideas on a screen or notepad so that we can hand it off to someone else. We’ll actually bring it to life with our floral design team, original graphic design and print production, our vast network of suppliers and production partners, and a highly sophisticated creative process that leaves no detail left untouched.

Lots of behind-the-scenes orchestration, good ole’ fashioned elbow grease, anticipation, and planning thousands of details – large and small. Emails, phone calls, meetings, and collaboration with some of the finest creative partners and talent our industry has to offer. You can expect that our team will likely devote upwards of 500-700 hours of focused expertise on your wedding, before we even reach the week of the wedding.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages or partial levels of service. Every proposal is custom-crafted and meticulously tailored to your event’s vision, scale, and complexity. No templates. No tiers of service. Just a bespoke experience designed to exceed expectations at every turn.
In order to provide comprehensive service to our clients, we only accept a limited number of weddings and social events each year.
