Devin & Greg's Winston-Salem Wedding at The Barn at Reynolda Village

Devin and Greg’s wedding in November was such a dreamy affair!  When one our RRE team members are married, it feels just like family wedding to us, so we pull out all the stops.  Devin and Greg’s wedding was no exception to our rule!

Devin first started working for us as a student intern in the summer of 2016.  It’s been a joy to watch her grow.  We were beyond honored when she asked us to help her with her wedding.  We couldn’t help but cry (many times) as we helped her plan and design the day she married her best friend.  To read her story with our team, check out Becca’s post from 2017.

Devin and Greg chose The Barn at Reynolda Village for their wedding reception.  The behind-the-scenes secret is that Devin had been scouting the venue from the wings before it even opened, because our team provided consulting to the property managers as the historic barn was being renovated. This sweet couple were the very first to sign a contract and book the venue! We knew Devin loved flowers, so we were able to surprise her with some fun details like the flowers around this window.

The leaves on the trees were a beautiful fall color in Reynolda Village the day these two were married.  There were a few raindrops but that didn’t get in the way of the love or the celebration.

Our favorite part of the day: watching Devin’s face the first time she saw the room!  What an incredible joy!  And PS- can we talk about those burgundy peonies?  All the heart eyes in the world!

We love you Devin and Greg!  Happy 6 month anniversary!

Betsy
