We're Growing: Join the Rebecca Rose Events Team as an Associate Event Designer or Associate Graphic Designer

At Rebecca Rose Events, we've always believed that the most extraordinary celebrations are built by extraordinary people. Our work, from intimate luxury weddings in North Carolina to multi-day destination events in Europe, from private social celebrations to large-scale corporate dinner galas, is only possible because of the hardworking and wildly talented team behind it all. And now, we’re excited to grow our team further.

We're actively searching for two talented, detail-obsessed creatives to join our studio: an Associate Event Designer and an Associate Graphic Designer. If you've been looking for a role where your eye for beauty, your love of craft, and your commitment to excellence are not just welcomed but required, keep reading.

What It's Like to Work at Rebecca Rose Events

Before we get into the specifics of each role, we want to give you a real picture of what working here looks like.

RRE is a full-service luxury event planning, design, and production firm, based in Winston-Salem,North Carolina and specializing in destination weddings throughout the United States and abroad. We don't merely coordinate event logistics. We conceive, design, and produce entire experiences from the ground up. That means our team works across event design, in-house floral production, custom graphic design, and on-site execution, often simultaneously. No two weeks look the same, and no two weddings or social/corporate events ever do either.

We're a small, close-knit studio based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We work with couples who care deeply about every detail, from the weight of a paper invitation to the way candlelight flickers on a dinner table, and we hold ourselves to the same standard they do.

If you're someone who finds joy in the pursuit of perfection, who leads with creativity and follows through with precision, and who genuinely loves working as part of a collaborative team…this is the kind of design firm that will feel like home.

Open Position: Associate Event Designer

The Associate Event Designer role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational excellence. This person works closely with the associate event producer and our design team to bring each event’s unique aesthetic to life, from early concept development through final execution on event day.

What This Role Involves

As an Associate Event Designer at RRE, you'll be involved in the full arc of the design process. That includes translating client vision into cohesive design concepts, sourcing décor and materials, collaborating with our with in-house floral production team, supporting on-site setup and styling, and ensuring that every element of a wedding looks and feels exactly as it was envisioned.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable in a design meeting and on their feet for an eighteen-hour event day. Aesthetic sensibility and portfolio strength matters, but so does stamina, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm and precise under pressure.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a genuine passion for event design and a strong visual eye. You should be highly organized, a strong communicator, and someone who takes ownership of their work, even the unglamorous parts. Our events demand it, and our clients deserve it. You can rest assured you'll be part of a team that supports one another and collaborates to bring every project across the finish line, all while maintaining a hospitality-forward approach that centers our clients and the beautiful stories we're so privileged to tell.

Open Position: Associate Graphic Designer

The Associate Graphic Designer role is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury brand identity and bespoke event design. At RRE, graphic design isn't an afterthought… it's a core pillar of our comprehensive event design offering. Custom stationery suites, signage, digital assets, monograms, bespoke textiles, wallpaper, menus, guest gifting/packaging and full visual identity packages for weddings all live within this role's scope.

What This Role Involves

Our Associate Graphic Designer works alongside our creative leadership to concept and execute custom design deliverables for each client. Every wedding we produce has its own visual language, and this team member will help to build it. That means working from detailed creative briefs, collaborating closely with our planners and designers, managing multiple projects across different aesthetic directions simultaneously, and delivering print-ready and digital files that meet the exacting standards our clients expect.

This role requires fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), strong typographic sensibility, and the ability to work within - and sometimes help define - a client's aesthetic vision. Experience in luxury brand, editorial, or event design is preferred, and an understanding of/experience with modern and traditional print techniques is essential.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a portfolio that demonstrates range, refinement, and a genuine point of view. You should be someone who obsesses over kerning, who notices the paper weight before they read the words on it, and who understands that in the luxury space, the details are the product and cohesion is everything.

Equally important: you are a collaborator. You take feedback graciously and use it to make the work better. You can manage your own time, meet deadlines without being chased, and communicate proactively when something needs attention.

Why These Roles Are Different

There's no shortage of design jobs in the events industry. So we want to be honest about what makes these positions distinct, and who they're really right for.

Working at RRE means working on projects that genuinely push the boundaries of what's possible in luxury event design. Our clients invest significantly in their celebrations, which means the creative latitude is real. You won't be executing someone else's template. You'll be building something original every time.

It also means being part of a team that takes its culture as seriously as its work. We're collaborative, have high standards, and are genuinely invested in each other's growth. We believe that the best creative work happens in an environment of trust and mutual respect, and we've built that intentionally over sixteen years in business.

These roles are not entry-level. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for candidates who want to grow into the best designers in the industry, and are willing to do the work to get there.
